Why I Chose To Buy Litter Box Furniture

There is no doubt that litter box furniture are the more expensive option when it comes to buying litter boxes, this article explains why I think the extra money is money well spent.

My living accommodation is limited for space and finding a remote out of the way corner to place the litter box was proving to be quite a challenge for me. I was able to find a washroom dark chocolate in color that really blended in nicely with my furniture. To the un knowing eye, it looks like any ordinary cabinet.

All cats like to have a little privacy when it comes to such matters and my 2 cats are no exception. It didn’t matter where I placed the open boxes within my apartment, I was struggling to get either of them to use them. My cats used the litter box furniture with no hesitation, as they offer all of the privacy any cat could wish for.

As with all cats my 2 will scatter the litter all over the floor whilst they are burying their waste, every single cat I have owned has done this, must be a cat thing. The furniture drastically minimises the amount of litter left for you to clean up as the majority is kept contained within the box.

As there are no visual indicators it is less of an embarrassment when I have guests over and the odour is drastically reduced, especially if you are using better branded cat litters.

I was initially sceptical as to whether I should by the litter box furniture, as it did seem to be quite an expensive option for what it is, but having outweighed price against the above factors I decided it was well worth the money.
